Tariff

Low Season (2 Jan - 20 Mar & 1 Oct - 23 Dec, Excl Public Holidays). 

Bed and Breakfast Prices start from £25.00pppn.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Prices start from £35.00pppn.

High Season (All other dates) 

Bed and Breakfast Prices start from £27.50pppn.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Prices start from £37.50pppn.

With the exception of single rooms, the above prices are based on a minimum of two sharing a room.                           See below for applicable supplements

For requested single occupancy of a double, twin or family room add £15pn

Children under 16 sharing a room with 2 adults £15pn each, otherwise advertised rates apply.

Infants under 2 £FOC (we regret that for health reasons we do not offer a cot service).

Small dogs (Maximum of two, toy size) £10per dog up to 3 nights, £2.50 per night thereafter.  See Terms & Conditions for additional charges relating to cleaning.

Payments

We welcome payment by cash or cheque made payable to 'Park Place Guest House'.

We regret that, due to the very high charges made by banks, at this time we do not accept payment by Credit or Debit card.  This enables us to keep our prices down and give our customers excellent value for money. 

We now offer regular business customers credit facilities.  Bookings must be made in writing on headed stationery and include, where appropriate a purchase order number.

We will provide individual itemised bills and/or receipt of payment to all customers on request.
